 ps with our WIP ( work in progress) Season finale.\nOn the 25th July the m
 arvellous Dominic Holland will open the night .\nDominic’s current show 
 is a great mix of storytelling and some comedy: stand-up Dominic’s curre
 nt book is called Open links.\nDH is an award winning stand up comedian an
 d the author of 9 books and counting including his non fiction series of c
 omic essays Takes on Life - anecdotes which form the spine of this new sho
 w. These essays cover his life and yours\, teasing out the idiosyncrasies 
 which plague us all. Hard hitting questions like when is it time to wash a
  towel and when is an onion finally peeled. The best humour is found in th
 ings we can all relate to.\nDescribed by the Sunday Times as '"The UK's ma
 ster of observational comedy" (although this was when Michael McIntyre was
  still at school)\, this show is inclusive and great fun for all ages.\nDo
 minc will be selling and signing books on the night. Get a book signed by 
 Spiderman’s dad!\nAdam Hills hasn’t perform stand-up comedy in 13 year
 s and we are so excited to have him appear at comedy at the con. What an a
 mazing treat to be one of the first to see Adam develop his forthcoming ne
 w show\, Shoes Half Full for Edinburgh and a national tour: The Uk’s fav
 ourite monopedal Aussie ( and host of Channel 4’s The Last Leg) is back 
 with a brand new show\, combining positive stand-up comedy with rampant sp
 ontaneity. “ effortlessly brilliant” (The Guardian) “ Achingly Funny
  and uplifting” ( The Telegraph)\nAdam Hill’s performance will indeed 
 be a work-in-progress\, it might be a diamond in the rough\, but neverthel
 ess\, not to be missed.
