  and Bob Marley to colliding genres with Big Audio Dynamite\, still presen
 ting hisown radio show on BBC 6Music\, winning a Grammy and receiving an h
 onorary doctorate for his contribution to cultureDon Letts appears to have
  done it all. Indeed along with the release of his best selling autobiogra
 phy ‘There and BlackAgain’ last year and ‘Rebel Dread’ a film docu
 menting his life released this year you’d be forgiven for thinking he ha
 d. Butthere’s one thing the 66-year old polymath hasn’t done… until 
 now….  His debut track as a solo artist and the first taste of his debu
 t album\, titled ‘OuttaSync’\, which was produced by Gaudi and release
 d on April 28th\, 2023.\n\nDon continues to D.J nationally and internation
 ally playing strictly old and new school dub reggae. His set is in the spi
 rit of his time as DJ at London’s legendary Roxy club back in ’77. Fro
 m the days of Punk Rock to present day Don has always been drawn towards m
 usical projects. After d.j’ing at the Roxy and whilst directing videos f
 or many other acts he created the band Basement Five\, released a single w
 ith members of John Lydon’s P.I.L\, managed the Slits and collaborated w
 ith members of Trouble Funk. He recently recorded a reggae version of the 
 London Calling!\n\nIn the mid 80’s he formed the group ‘Big Audio Dyna
 mite’ with Mick Jones (ex-Clash). He went on to perform and co-write fou
 r albums with B.A.D achieving several hits on both sides of the Atlantic i
 ncluding the top ten hit E=Mc2. The band recently reformed for a world tou
