She draws much of the inspiration for her music from her affinity with Italy\; a yea r living and working on an olive press in Tuscany in her late teens provid ed the backdrop to her early work\, and the draw of the country and its in fluence have not faded with time.\nRecent highlights include being selecte d for English Folk Expo's highly competitive Artist Mentoring Programme an d opening for folk superstar Seth Lakeman and being awarded FATEA Magazine ’s Female Artist of the Year 2022.\nHer music has been heard in the hit TV series\, Grey’s Anatomy and has been played regularly on the BBC with support from Dermot O’Leary and Bob Harris on Radio 2 and Tom Robinson on 6 Music. She’s been featured by MOJO\, The Guardian and Clash Magazin e. Her arresting live performances have earned her support slots for artis ts including Madeleine Peyroux\, 10cc and Paddy Casey.\nFrom playing a liv e Under The Apple Tree session for Bob Harris at just 13 years old\, Isabe lla Coulstock has performed at iconic London venues such as The Bedford in Balham\, The Half Moon in Putney\, The Troubadour and most recently a sol d out headline show at the Green Note in Camden. In the summer of 2023 she supported none other than The Who. 2022 also saw her performing at the Aw ard winning Black Deer Festival in Kent and renowned Cornbury Festival in Oxfordshire.\nIsabella regularly supports Jools Holland on his Summer and Winter tours\, building a wealth of experience already at the age of just 21.
