Sundays in the Bar with Pelican Assembly and Louis May (double bill).

Gabriella Romano / Pelican Assembly - Born in Peckham, London, UK. Original songs taken from french circus folklore, marching bands, jazz, swing and a hint of bossanova. An unusual but delicately crafted assembly of pelican musicians. Pelican Assembly will be playing as a 3-piece with Sarah Woolfenden on trumpet, James Boston on ukulele bass, and Gabriella Romano on lead vocals and rhythm guitar.

Louis May - has been a gigging musician for the last 19 years playing in numerous bands in London and Sussex. Primarily a guitarist and songwriter in indie bands such as The Lieutenant’s Mistress, Idle Talk, Hands Make Fire and most recently Knife Club, he has also released two solo EPs, played on numerous sessions and worked on soundtracks. This will be a rare solo acoustic set covering his back catalogue.
