Mike Gunn, Jen Brister, Julie Oliver. MC David Mounfield
MIKE GUNN - Early in his career Mike was supporting the likes of Jo Brand and Alan Davies and recently supported Lee Mack on his huge UK tour. He now headlines at all the top comedy venues in the UK and is rapidly reaching cult status on the circuit. He has performed internationally, taking his talent to Hong Kong, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia and to Australia at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, where he completed a five-week sell-out season. He also had the dubious honour of being the first comic to ever play in Kuantan, East Malaysia and has entertained the troops in the Falkland Islands.
Television appearances include Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1), Celebrity Deal or no Deal (CH 4), Harry Hill’s TV Burp (ITV), Al Murray’s sit-com ‘Time Gentlemen Please’ (Sky), Soccer AM (Sky 1), The Comedy Store (Comedy Central), Live At Jongleurs (CH5), and The Gas (CH4).
JEN BRISTER - Jen is a critically acclaimed stand up comedian, writer and actor. She is a regular performer on the UK and international comedy circuits. She has written for BBC Scotland, presented for BBC 6 Music and Juice FM, and has been a regular contributor to magazines and online sites including Diva, g3, Standard Issue and The Huffington Post.
Jen has written and performed five solo shows (Me My Mum & I, British(ish), Now & Then, Wishful Thinking, and The Other One) around the world, including at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Norway Comedy Box Festival, Comedy Club Asia, Adelaide Festival and the Edinburgh Festival. She has toured extensively — with comedians Kerry Godliman, Francesca Martinez and Roisin Conaty, among others — and is currently supporting Frankie Boyle in London.
JULIE OLIVER.-..in her own words...But that's enough about Bros. I've been doing stand-up since 2012. I was a finalist in the Comedy Knights 2015 New Act of the Year Award. I have been a finalist in a some other awards including the Brighton Comedy Festival Squawker Award 2014, Comedy Virgins 2014 Summer Competition and the 2015 Max Turner Award. I was also the Inagural Winner of the Wemfest Comedy Competition in 2015 (a comedy festival in Emsworth run by Joe Wells). I was a semi-finalist in 2014 Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year and 2013 So You Think You're Funny award. I was also shortlisted for the BBC New Comedian of the Year 2014. Blimey, that's loads about competitions. When I'm not doing comedy, you can find me at home annoyed that Concorde isn't still flying.
