We are holding 2 membership renewal afternoons on Sunday 12th June and Sunday 26th June 2022, a good opportunity to come in to the Club and enjoy the garden and the bar.
For the second afternoon, we present Flaming Katy. This gig will be on the main stage and the music room will be set out with seating around small tables. The doors to the bar and garden will be open.
Bar from 2:00, live music from 3:30 to 5:30pm.
All welcome and free entry.
Flaming Katy are a five piece covers band mixing blues and popular classics, some of which will be familiar to you, from artists such as Bob Dylan, Norah Jones, Joni Mitchell & Bonnie Rait. They are an experienced bunch consisting of David Bott ( Keyboards), Paul Wardell (Lead Guitar), Dave Fraser ( Bass Guitar), Charlie Hooker ( Drums) and Kate Turvey ( Vocals). They put their own ‘style’ to the songs they play resulting in a fusion of delightful and interesting sounds.
